Your order will be sent by tracked courier
Please note that a signature is required for delivery
If your order is received before midday it will be dispatched the same day
If your order is received after midday then your order will be dispatched the next day
A shipping notification email is sent once your order is on its way to you
Track your package using the details in the shipping notification email
Exceptions to the above time frames are: Orders placed on weekends - couriers do not operate on weekends/public holidays. Please allow up to 5 business days for rural delivery.

If your order is placed before 2PM, we'll send it out that same day from either Christchurch or Wellington right here in New Zealand.
