FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL NEW ZEALAND ORDERS      
  • Your order will be sent by tracked courier
  • If your order is received before midday then your order should arrive within 2 business days
  • If your order is received after midday then your order should arrive within 2 - 4 business days
  • A shipping notification email is sent once your order is on its way to you
  • Track your package using the details in the shipping notification email
Exceptions to the above time frames are: Orders placed on weekends - couriers do not operate on weekends/public holidays. Please allow up to 5 business days for rural delivery.
 
SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF NEW ZEALAND
  • Australia             $25         For orders under $150, TRACKED 4-6 Business Days
  • International     $35        For orders under $500, TRACKED 5-7 Business Days 
 
Please note that International orders may incur customs or import duty fees when your order arrives. Please contact your local customs office for further information. DYRBERGKERN.CO.NZ will not be liable for any import or custom taxes that may apply to your order.

If the item/s are delayed you will be contacted via email to advise that the item/s have been placed on back order and the expected delivery time, you can either cancel the order or wait until the back-ordered item/s are back in stock. Payment is only taken when the goods are ready to be dispatched.

  • Online purchases may be exchanged if returned in original condition and packaging within 7 days of purchase 
  • Gifts that are not suitable (exchangeable within set time-frame outlined on exchange card)

  • Sale items cannot be exchanged, so please choose carefully

If you would like to exchange your online purchase, please email the exchange details to info@dyrbergkern.co.nz and return the product/s to us via courier in original packaging within 7 days of purchase. ALTERNATIVELY you can exchange the products/s in a DYRBERG/KERN concept store. Product/s MUST be in the original condition and exchanged within 14 days of purchase. You must have a copy of your confirmation email as proof of purchase to exchange the product/s. Sale items cannot be exchanged, so please choose carefully.

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS
Our quality control team does their very best to ensure the product/s you receive meet our high quality standards. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged product please email  info@dyrbergkern.co.nz to request an exchange or store credit. Then return the product/s to us via courier to the below address.  Please note this process can take several weeks.
