How Do I Join the D/K Rewards Club?

Simply create a D/K customer account and you will automatically become part of our program. Or you can join by using our loyalty program widget Check Rewards on the bottom right of your screen.  


How do I earn loyalty points?

Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend online or in our stores:

Each time you spend you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. Use your loyalty points to claim the rewards that you want, or save them up to unlock higher points required rewards. 


Please note:
 DK points are not accrued or DK dollars redeemable against sale priced items.


How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?

Each time you shop online or in-store, you will receive our loyalty program email with your updated loyalty points balance. From our email click into your customer portal, here you can claim rewards. You can also log in from our website by clicking on our Check Rewards widget. 


How do I use my rewards?

When you've unlocked a reward, you will receive a unique reward coupon. You can redeem your reward coupon on our payment page during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar and click Apply (only one coupon code per order). 


Terms and Conditions

  • Points are only accrued on full priced product.

  • DK points can only be redeemed once.

  • Once points are redeemed, the unique code will expire in 30 days.

  • DK points are earned by making qualifying purchases and may only be earned and redeemed by the person named on the account.

  • No change will be given on DK Dollar redemption.

  • If you return any of the items purchased with DK dollars, the DK dollar discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

  • Examples of purchases you cannot redeem your DK dollars on are, but not limited to:
    - Sale items
    - Deposit or payments against lay-buys
    - In conjunction with any other offer, unless that specifically allows the use of DK dollars in writing
    - Purchasing items for another person

  • To help us record your DK dollars accurately, you must provide your name and email address when making a qualifying purchase at participating stores: DYRBERG/KERN Christchurch and DYRBERG/KERN Wellington.

  • DK dollars are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.

  • We are not responsible for any DK points that don’t appear in your account if a sales person fails to credit your DK points to your account or for any other reason. We will only enter into discussions or correspondence with you, about missing DK points if you supply proof (the original purchase receipt) of your qualifying purchase. Your claim for missing DK points must be made within three months of the original purchase date.

  • You cannot earn DK points on qualifying purchases that are not paid in full or to the extent that the applicable purchase transaction is returned, refunded, or where payment is disputed or likely to be disputed.

  • Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. We reserve the right to retrospectively adjust your account in the event of incorrect entries due to our mistake or otherwise. We will not provide for any DK points that we deduct.

  • DYRBERG/KERN NZ reserves the right to modify or cancel DK Points at any time.
