We are happy to accept exchanges for the following scenarios:

  • Online purchases may be exchanged if returned in original condition and packaging within 7 days of purchase 
  • Gifts that are not suitable (exchangeable within set time-frame outlined on exchange card)
  • Items that vary from their description on this website
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged, so please choose carefully

PRODUCT EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your online purchase, please email the exchange details to info@dyrbergkern.co.nz and return the product/s to us via courier in original packaging within 7 days of purchase. ALTERNATIVELY you can exchange the products/s in a DYRBERG/KERN concept store. Product/s MUST be in the original condition and exchanged within 7 days of purchase. You must have a copy of your confirmation email as proof of purchase to exchange the product/s. Sale items cannot be exchanged, so please choose carefully.

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS
Our quality control team does their very best to ensure the product/s you receive meet our high quality standards. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged product please email  info@dkdistribution.co.nz to request an exchange or store credit. Then return the product/s to us via courier to the below address.  Please note this process can take several weeks.
