You can talk with our staff in the way that suits you and get the best advice on what’s right for you or your loved ones.
Fast Delivery: We pride ourselves on fast delivery with tracked courier services. We dispatch on orders made prior to 2pm same day, so there is no need to wait. You can even come into our Wellington or Christchurch stores and collect if that suits better.
Click and Collect: We now offer click and collect services. Simply choose your preffered time and location for pick-up at our online checkout.
Payment Flexibility: We have multiple payment options. Everything from Google Pay, Pay Pal, Visa, Mastercard. We offer both Laybuy.com and Afterpay.com for those of you interested in deferred payment options. We will also take payments over the phone. So there really are so many choices when it comes to shopping in this contactless world.
Instore experience: All our products are authentically reproduced on our website. We will also be offering facetime services where you can call in and talk to us face-to-face instore. We can show you the product and provide that authentic experience virtually.
Gifting Service: We really pride ourselves on our gifting service. All online orders are lovingly boxed ready to send direct to that special person. We will even include a personalized note in your own words. Look out for lots of other add-ons in the near future to make the gifting service even more special.
Exchange: If you, or your loved one do not like the product purchased online we will exchange it no questions asked. Just send it back and we’ll work with you to get it just right.
