How do I join the D/K Rewards Club?
Simply create a D/K customer account and you will automatically become part of our program. Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend online or in our stores.
500 points = $30 voucher
1000 points = $100 voucher
2000 points = $250 voucher
Jewellery product warranty is one year from date of purchase.
Production errors are covered by our warranty. We repair, replace or refund.

For all New Zealand orders, there is free shipping over $150.
- Your order will be sent by tracked courier
- Please note that a signature is required for delivery
- If your order is received before midday it will be dispatched the same day
- If your order is received after midday then your order will be dispatched the next day
- A shipping notification email is sent once your order is on its way to you
- Track your package using the details in the shipping notification email
Exceptions to the above time frames are: Orders placed on weekends - couriers do not operate on weekends/public holidays. Please allow up to 5 business days for rural delivery.

- Online purchases may be exchanged if returned in original condition and packaging within 7 days of purchase
- Gifts that are not suitable (exchangeable within set time-frame outlined on exchange card)

- Sale items cannot be exchanged, so please choose carefully
If your order is placed before 2PM, we'll send it out that same day from either Christchurch or Wellington right here in New Zealand.
